Owner Bio

I'm Britney Ganeto owner of New B Cleaning.
 

Before starting New B Cleaning, she worked as a Senior Operations Manager at PepsiCo Frito-Lay for eight years and as a Regional Operations Manager at Amazon for two years. These companies are where she was able to gain most of my experience and obtain certifications under OSHA and the American Institute of Bakers Clean Standards. Eager to transform her passion to lead people and establish her brand, she branched out to start New B Cleaning!
 

Being a native of New Bedford, she has a strong desire to give back to my community and influence those around her. She is very excited about all the growth happening here in New Bedford and can't wait to see this area be recognized for the richness in culture, community, and economic growth
 

Aside from being the owner of New B Cleaning, she’s also an alumnus of Umass Dartmouth a with focus study area in Operations Management, Information’s Systems, and African American Studies. As well as a MBA graduate from the University of Phoenix with a certification in Project Management.  She also holds a Real Estate license for both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is a licensed Notary Public in Massachusetts! Apart of her various roles within manufacturing and supply chain processes. She has led both DEI and Manager Continuous Improvement Leadership Initiatives for both organizations. Integrating the importance of inclusion and awareness in the workplace specifically focusing on how to manage and empower the change in an Organizations Culture.
