Yes, we typically try to remain consistent with the teams that we are sending into each home and business although that can change due to staffing availability.

Depending on the size of the home a deep cleaning can range from anywhere between 3-5 hours where we clean from the based board to the ceiling dusting, scrubbing, and sanitizing each surface. For more information in a detailed list of our brochure give a call or send us and email.

We prefer dogs and any other animal be put away unless the dog is a service/emotional support animal. Cats are okay to be left out.

Tips are always welcome, but not required.

Yes our entire company prides ourself on being insured and bonded under a janitorial surety bond. 

All cancelations must be made 72 hours prior to service without being charged 50% of the total service amount.

If the holiday is a nationally recognized holiday your service will be pushed to the following day, unless requested otherwise.

Nothing, we bring and supply all cleaning materials and equipment.

Contact us immediately so we can send someone to reclean the area within 24 hours.

No, we only ask that all cleaning surfaces be somewhat tidy so we can make the area as clean "As Clean As It Can Be".

No, It is your preference to be present or not.
